By using Is It a Sign? you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your country.
Nothing in a reading is a fact, a prediction, or medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and the app does not relay messages from anyone, living or dead. Don't make important decisions based on a reading. If you are going through something difficult, talk to someone you trust. In the US, call or text 988; elsewhere, see findahelpline.com. If you smell gas or smoke, or a CO alarm is sounding, leave the building and call your local emergency number.
Free users get one reading a day. Pro readings are unlimited subject to a fair-use limit that protects the service. Readings need an internet connection; when our server is unavailable the app gives a simpler offline reading. Do not access our server other than through the app, bypass limits or integrity checks, or overload the service.
Pro is a one-time, non-subscription purchase (currently $2.99 in the US) processed by Google Play and tied to your Google account. You can restore it on reinstall. Refunds follow Google Play's policy. "Forever" means for as long as we offer the app and its Pro features.
What you write stays yours. Readings are stored on your phone, and share cards are yours to share. Please don't include identifying details about other people.
The app, its symbol library, interpretations, artwork and branding belong to ByteLuna Labs or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own non-commercial purposes.
We may change, suspend or discontinue features, the AI service used, or the app. We don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, ByteLuna Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss or for decisions you make based on a reading, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the app in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot be limited by contract.
We may update these terms; the date above will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
