Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how ByteLuna Labs ("we", "us") handles information in SpeedY — GPS Speedometer & Odometer ("the App"). SpeedY has no account and no login, and is built to keep your data on your device.

2. What we process, and why

3. Third-party services
- Google AdMob — policies.google.com/privacy

- Google Play Billing — payments handled entirely by Google.
- OpenStreetMap / CartoDB — map tiles; only standard tile requests are made.
4. Location permission
SpeedY requests location permission solely to measure your speed and distance. You may revoke it any time in your device settings. We never use location to track you across apps.
5. Data retention
Trip history and settings stay on your device until you delete them in the App or uninstall it. We keep no server-side copies. Advertising and purchase data are retained by Google / RevenueCat under their own policies.
6. Your rights (GDPR & KVKK)
Because your trips, settings and location remain on your device, you have full control — view, edit or delete them any time in the App, or uninstall it. See our Delete My Data page. For data held by our processors, you may exercise access/erasure rights through them or contact us. EU (GDPR) and Türkiye (KVKK) residents have rights of access, rectification, erasure and portability.
7. Children
SpeedY is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
8. Changes
We may update this policy and will revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
