The service
Earth Alerts is provided for personal, non-commercial use. The app has no account.
Purchases
Paid features are optional. Payment and refunds are handled by Google Play under its policies. The store page and the purchase screen state whether a purchase is one-time or a subscription; subscriptions renew until cancelled in Google Play.
Not an official warning service
Earth Alerts shows information published by public agencies and data projects. It can be late, incomplete or wrong, and alerts can fail to arrive. It does not replace official warnings. Always follow the instructions of your local authorities and emergency services.
Data sources
Event data belongs to the agencies and projects named in the app, under their own terms. The app lists each source and its licence in Settings, under Data and licences.
Acceptable use
Do not copy, resell or redistribute the app, or use it in a way that breaks the law.
Liability
The app is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.
