By using Spirit Board you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your country.
Nothing the board spells is a fact, prediction, or medical, legal, financial or personal advice. If you are going through something difficult, talk to someone you trust or a local helpline; the app shows one when it notices such a question.
Strong readings are limited to 30 a night and may be unavailable at times, in which case the board answers on your phone. Do not access our server other than through the app, bypass limits or overload the service.
Spirit Board is sold as a one-time paid app on Google Play, tied to your Google account and reinstallable at no extra cost. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions or ads. Refunds follow Google Play's policy. The nightly allowance may change if our providers' costs or terms change, with notice in the app.
Your questions stay yours. Sessions are stored on your phone; exported transcripts and cards are yours to share.
The app, its answer list, artwork and sounds belong to ByteLuna Labs or its licensors. Fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License. OUIJA is a trademark of Hasbro; Spirit Board is not affiliated with or endorsed by Hasbro.
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, ByteLuna Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot be limited by contract.
