You can delete your QuoteFollow data yourself in the app at any time, instantly. If you no longer have the
app, use the form below and we will delete your account and data within 30 days.
1. In the app (fastest)
- Settings → Delete all data, then confirm: removes every quote, follow-up history entry and setting from our
database immediately and cancels scheduled reminders. Your anonymous account stays so you can start fresh.
- Settings → Delete account, then confirm: does the same and also deletes the account itself, including a linked
Google sign-in. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first in Google Play — deleting the account does not stop billing.
Most people use QuoteFollow without signing in. An anonymous account can only be identified from inside the app on your
phone, so please delete it from the app. If you have already uninstalled the app without signing in, your anonymous data
cannot be linked to your email address; email us and we will help.
2. Request deletion by email address
If you linked a Google account (Back up your quotes → Continue with Google), enter that email address. We will
confirm the request by replying to that address, then delete the account and all quotes, history and settings within 30 days.

3. What is deleted and what is kept
- Deleted: the account, customer names and contact details you entered, amounts, notes, quoted message
lines, follow-up history and settings.
- Never stored in the first place: conversations, screenshots and AI requests.
- Kept elsewhere: Google Play keeps purchase records under its own policy; analytics and crash data that
cannot identify you expire under Firebase's retention settings (at most 14 months).
