Terms of Use

1. The service

QuoteFollow reads messages you choose to share with it, suggests the customer, amount and dates, schedules follow-up reminders and prepares follow-up messages that you can open in WhatsApp, your messaging app or email. Suggestions are produced automatically and may be wrong; always check them before you save or send anything.

2. Subscription and free trial

• QuoteFollow Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Google Play, billed monthly or yearly at the price shown in the app before you subscribe.
• New subscribers may get a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, Google Play charges the subscription price, and it renews automatically at the end of each period.
• You can cancel at any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policy.
• Without an active subscription or trial, the app keeps your existing quotes, but saving more than one open quote, new analyses beyond the free daily limit and reminders are locked.

3. Your content and your customers

• You are responsible for the messages you share and the customer details you enter, and for having a lawful reason to keep them (for example, an existing conversation with that customer about a job).
• You decide whether and when to contact a customer. Follow-up messages open in another app and are sent only when you press send there. Follow the messaging and marketing rules that apply to you.
• We handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the app to send spam, harass anyone, or process content you have no right to share. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, overload or abuse our servers; automated analysis limits apply.

5. No professional advice

QuoteFollow is an organisational tool. It is not legal, financial, tax or business advice, and it does not guarantee that any quote will be accepted or that any job will be won.

6. Availability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Analysis needs an internet connection; you can always add and manage quotes by hand. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is", and ByteLuna Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost jobs, lost revenue or missed follow-ups. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Ending use

You can stop using the app and delete your data at any time (Settings → Delete account). We may suspend access if these terms are seriously breached.

9. Changes and contact
